Important reminder

Wherever you command on the internet, it is always the responsibility of the buyer to follow the routing of his package via the follow -up link provided to him. Shipping your package

Several carriers can be offered to you depending on the product chosen and the destination of the package. After receiving your payment, we strive to process your order the same day or the next day. The announced delivery times are understood from the date of shipment of your package. As soon as your package is shipped (departure from our warehouses), a tracking link allowing you to follow online the delivery of your package is sent to you by email. This information is also available in your customer area. The "delivery costs" include shipping costs and handling costs. The delivery time is given as an indication and does not engage 55Run.com. Thus, no reimbursement or commercial gesture will be granted for a delay in delivery.

In accordance with the Chatel law, this period may extend up to 30 days maximum. Beyond this period, the buyer is entitled to request compensation. Any cancellation by the Customer due to a longer period than that announced is considered to be a withdrawal and the return costs of the package are the responsibility of the customer.

Return conditions (right of withdrawal - Hamon law)

The buyer has 14 days after the date of delivery or presentation of the package to the address indicated by the buyer to exercise his right of withdrawal, insofar as the product is returned so that he can be Based on sale "as it is", that is to say new, unused, complete, if possible in its original packaging and placed imperatively in an overpacking (for example that provided during shipping).

Important remarks:

  • In the event of traces of use of the product, incomplete return or any incident that does not allow the product to be put back in the new state, we reserve the right to invoice a repair or refuse refund. In the latter case, the product will be returned to the buyer at his expense. In the event of the buyer's refusal, the product will be destroyed within 30 days without any compensation for the buyer.
  • The returned products travel under the responsibility of the buyer, no refund will take place if the product arrives damaged to the seller.
